Virginia Gaillard Chew
Virginia Gaillard Chew, a licensed real estate professional for over thirty years, is a founding broker of the Arnold Bradley firm and remains one of its active managing partners today.

Originally from Connecticut, a graduate of the Garrison Forest School and Vassar College, she moved with her journalist husband to Washington in 1955 where they have lived, in Georgetown and Wesley Heights, and raised three children. Over the years, she has been active in educational and charitable organizations, was a board member of First American Bank, and served as the first female Senior Warden of St. John’s Church, Lafayette Square. Virginia Chew continues to enjoy finding the right property for a purchaser, and assisting sellers in a smooth, successful marketing of a major asset.

Kimberly Timmons Gibson
Kimberly Timmons Gibson is a native Washingtonian who had careers in television news and government before joining Arnold, Bradley, Sargent, Davey and Chew in 2003. She previously worked in the speechwriting office of the White House and as Press Secretary in the Office of Management and Budget. She was also head of The Washington Office of Good Morning America at ABC news. In addition, she has worked as a free-lance book editor and researcher for several political biographies. She has three children, does volunteer work as St. Patrick’s and St. Albans schools, and is actively involved in community work. She attended Denison University and Harvard College and lives in the Wesley Heights neighborhood of Washington, D.C.

Carol Netchvolodoff
Carol Netchvolodoff has been a success in real estate since the late 1970’s. That year Carol was recognized in the Washington DC region as rookie of the year. And ever since she has enjoyed the satisfaction of finding just the right home for her customers and the most able buyers for her listings. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Carol was an educator for several years before her marriage in 1961. She has two grown children and six school-age grandchildren several of whom live in the DC area. She is a life master bridge player and thrives on the competition. Her husband is a senior executive with a top-ten multi-media corporation. They make their home in Spring Valley in the District.

Louisa Griffin Parkinson
Louisa joined Arnold Bradley in the summer of 2002 after careers in high tech and publishing and is licensed in both the District and Maryland. As a native Washingtonian, Louisa is very familiar with the varied Washington neighborhoods and enjoys introducing them to new and old residents of the District.

Louisa currently lives in the Westgate neighborhood of Bethesda, MD with her two young children, husband and West Highland Terrier.

Elizabeth (Betsy) Rea
Betsy and her family are native Washingtonians. She has lived in various parts of the city: Kalorama, Georgetown, Wesley Heights and Spring Valley. She became a real estate agent in 1985 after her three children were grown. her outside interest are her six grandchildren and tennis. She has been connected with various art institutions and served on many of their boards.

Margot Dinneen Wilson
Margot Dinneen Wilson has been a licensed real estate broker in Washington DC since 1983, when she was named rookie of the year by the Washington Board of Realtors for the highest dollar volume of sales. Her success has continued, and she is a lifetime member of the Top Producers Club at the Greater Washington D.C. Association of Realtors.

Originally from Boston, Ms. Wilson moved to Washington DC in 1972 to attend law school at Catholic University. Following law school, she served as Counsel on the Energy and Commerce Committee, and in the Office of the General Counsel of the Department of Energy. In 2003, she completed a Masters in Law program at Georgetown Law School, receiving an L.LM in International and Comparative Law. She is a member of the Bar in Massachusetts and Washington D.C.

Ms. Wilson lives in Cleveland Park, with her four children. She has been an active volunteer at their schools, St. Patrick’s Episcopal Day School and the Maret School, serving as head of the Parents Association at St. Patrick’s, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees. She is also a member of the Auxiliary Board of the Washington Hospital Center.

Ms. Wilson markets and sells properties in Washington DC and Maryland, and enjoys providing a high level of personal attention to her clients. Whether finding the right buyer, or finding the right home, her extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods and the community are invaluable assets in making the search a successful one.
